Ingredients

  1. 500 gMinced meat -
  2. 1 pcOnion -
  3. 3 pcsTomatoes -
  4. 1 bunchCoriander -
  5. 2 clovesGarlic -
  6. Ginger - 1/8 thumb
  7. 2 tablespoonsTomato paste -
  8. 2 tablespoonsSoy sauce -
  9. 100 gPeas -

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan add the Minced meat, onions, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, salt and some water and let it boil until all the water dries out.

    Blend tomatoes, tomato paste and some water to a smooth puree.

  3. 3

    Once the water dries out, add the tomato puree and the peas and keep turning.

  4. 4

    And about 1.5 cups of water and let it boil and add the coriander.

  5. 5

    Serve with some pasta, spaghetti and some vegetables. Enjoy.
