Having over riped banana at home and wondering, what will happen to it, knowing my family members will not eat. Instead of trashing out, let me make best use of it
Cooking Instructions

Grease and flour dust pan and set aside
- 2
Sieve flour, baking powder and soda
- 3
Break egg into bowl and add brown and white sugar, beat together till light, add oil and set aside
- 4
Mash banana and add to the egg mixture
- 5
Add dry ingredients and intermix with buttermilk to wet ingredient. Mix well and pour into greased pan

Bake in a preheated oven for 40min, depending on heat
- 7
Remove from oven and allow to cool.

Serve and enjoy with juice or beverage. Or package as gift, or snacks for kids.
