Easy Crispy Scones (5-minute Dough) Easy Crispy Scones (5-minute Dough)
I love scones, but all the recipes seem like too much work. I don't like my hands dirty, either. But I want to eat easy scones at home.I am too lazy, so I am cutting the dough with a knife, but you can also cut it out with a dough cutter. The margarine and sugar only need to be roughly combined! Also, you can crack the egg straight into the bowl! Recipe by aonksa. cookpad.japan -

Easy Scones (Plain) Easy Scones (Plain)
At last I was able to create my own delicious easy scones. It's crispy outside, fluffy inside.Adjust the amount of egg mixture when using margarine. The texture becomes lighter than butter.Do not worry if the dough is soft, as it will be okay to dust with flour. In step 5, use a thick plastic bag to put the dough, it won't mess your hands. Melt-in-Your-Mouth Fluffy Doughnuts Melt-in-Your-Mouth Fluffy Doughnuts
I fervently wanted to eat doughnuts from a certain famous store chain...Since the ingredients are so close to what it takes to make bread, it's very fluffy. The dough is very soft, so when you go to fry it, put it gently into the pan.I wanted to make them slightly chewy and sticky so I tried using rice flour. However the texture turned out to be too hard, so I recommend you use bread flour. For 8 doughnuts. Recipe by sayata cookpad.japan -
Easy Plain Scones Easy Plain Scones
I am addicted to making macarons, so the leftover egg yolks keep piling up. I couldn't be bothered to make cookies, so I used egg yolks instead of whole eggs in my usual scone recipe. They turned out just like the scones I once got at a bakery.*Adjust the amount of egg depending on your margarine. Sometimes 80 ml is just right, and other times it's not enough, so add lit little by little.*This time I used 2 medium size egg yolks. The texture becomes too crumbly if you add more than 40 ml. English Scones English Scones
My British friend taught me how to make scones. I lessened the ingredient amounts so they were easier to make, and they turned out surprisingly crispy and moist.Mix the flour and butter evenly so the texture is like breadcrumbs. This is the main point!Cut out the shapes with a sharp cutter. The final result will be fluffier! If you want the scones to be very moist, use more milk. If the dough doesn't come together easily, let it rest in the fridge first. Recipe by Waabisuke cookpad.japan
