Hmm soya bean soup is egusi soup's brother 😁🤌because they resemble each other even in terms of taste ohhh pls try it and thank me later, I was so excited when preparing the soup. My family ate it all not knowing that it's soya bean 😁😁wllhi you can't trace the taste
Cooking Instructions

Wash your meat and add seasonings and spices of your choice,
Don't add water untill you cook for 5 mins, - 2
Now add enough water to cover the meat,cook to your desired tenderness.
Then add the grounded onions, little oil and peppers stir fry for 5 mins, - 3
Add the stock fish and adjust the seasoning,
Add the grounded soybeans,and palm oil stir everything. - 4
Then Add water, Cover and cook for 30 mins on medium heat,
Do stir in intervals to avoid burning. - 5
Then after 30 mins then you add in the chopped ugu leaf or any leaf of your choice.

Cook for another 10 mins untill oil flood on top,
Remove from heat.
Let it cool for 5 mins before serving. - 7
Serve with tuwon shinkafa or any swallow of your choice 🍚🥰
