Miffy's All-Purpose Sesame Sauce

I love goma-ae (dishes with sesame sauce) so I make a lot of them and keep it on hand.

As long as you have some ground sesame seeds, all you need to do is mix. There's no sugar added, so use a sweet type of mirin.
When using the sauce the mirin will have sunk to the bottom, so mix it up well. Recipe by miffy77
