Cocoa Crumble Cookies
I made this recipe for a fellow Cookpad user (who likes cocoa and chocolate) to thank her for using 100 of my recipes. Here's another one for her!Don't put too much cocoa in the dough as it burns easily (I use 10g).If you flatten the cookies too much, they will burn easily, so make them on the thick side. (They look nicer baked them as balls.)The cookies are soft right out of the oven, but will be firm and crispy once they cool. Recipe by ko-ko

This is the cocoa version of my healthy okara and rice flour cookies. If the dough isn't coming together very well then add a little more oil. Simple Valentine's Rose Cookies
A cocoa version of my Rose Cookies. These are easier to make in a warm room. If the butter is hard, lightly immerse in hot water bath (be careful not to liquidize it).In step 1 keep the sugar from clumping. Make an Easy and Crispy Cocoa Cookie Dough in 10 Minutes Using a Bag
This is a variation of the "Make an Easy, Crispy and Flaky Cookie Dough in 10 Minutes Using a Bag" recipe.Since I don't normally have pure cocoa powder on hand, I used processed cocoa powder instead. The directions are the same as the "Make an Easy, Crispy and Flaky Cookie Dough in 10 Minutes Using a Bag".It is just so easy and delicious. Cute Candy Cookies
I saw a cookie with a candy window on a TV show awhile ago. I thought if it could be made with a black cocoa cookie, it'd make for a nice contrast and be really cute, so I gave it a shot. When I put the candy in before baking the cookie dough would become smashed or stick to the candy and it was quite difficult. So I changed the procedure to add the candy during the middle of baking.Try to fill in the gaps with smashed candy bits as much as possible. The baking may differ depending on your household oven, so adjust the temperature and baking time as necessary. If the temperature is too hot, the candy may burn. It might be a good idea to have candy bits left over when baking so you can fill in any gaps. For the candy, I use orange and pineapple flavored Sakuma drops. Recipe by yotiko

Eggless chocolate chips cookies
#HealthyJunior. Kids are chocoholic, so try this chocolaty, healthy cookies made with wheat flour, cocoa powder and choco chips. These chocolate chips cookies are so fudgy that a tall glass of cold milk and cookies taste delicious especially, when they are served hot from the oven. The extra long chill gives the dough a chance to hydrate fully and firm up, which yields more uniformly baked cookies, with the perfect amount of crunch around the edges and chew in the center.

Purple Sweet Potato Spritz Cookies
I wanted to make a cute purple cookies decorated with heart-shaped sugar decorations.Apparently purple sweet potatoes turn green when combined with egg, so to keep the beautiful color I didn't use any eggs. However I also heard that if you add a bit of lemon juice to the purple yam it neutralizes the pH so you can add eggs. When you first add the milk the butter will split, but if you keep mixing it it will come together. You can use maraschino cherries or almond slices instead of the sugar hearts. You can also use cocoa powder or green tea in place of the purple sweet potato powder. You can also substitute margarine for the butter and heavy cream for the milk. Recipe by Milk to Cocoa to Momo

Chocolate Chip Cocoa Cookies
These soft-textured American-style chocolate cookies are very easy to make. I wanted to avoid making them as sweet as store-bought ones, so I created a reduced-sugar version. Paired with rich chocolate chips, they are very soft and delicious, making you want to have one after another!Tips1. If you're not used to mixing with a spatula, you can use your hands to form a uniform dough after adding the chocolate chips. Be gentle and avoid over-mixing to prevent the dough from becoming tough, which can affect the cookie texture.2. Each cookie weighs about 25 grams, and this recipe makes approximately 16-17 cookies.

Crispy Chocolate Chip Cookies
I uploaded this recipe because I baked these cookies as a present for my friend who loves chocolate. When I made the dough with cocoa powder, I used 90 g of cake flour and 12 g of cocoa powder. When you cut the dough, if it breaks apart because the knife is touching the chocolate chips, just fix the shapes a little bit by hand. Alternatively, you can cut out shapes with cookie cutters. Recipe by nyonta
