Cooking Instructions

    Prepare three times the amount of buttercream (Recipe ID: 17429529). Adjust the quantity based on your decoration needs.

    Cut the sponge cake horizontally in half. Spread a thin layer of apricot jam on the bottom half, then cover it completely with sliced strawberries.

    Generously spread buttercream on the top half of the sponge cake. Place it buttercream-side down on top of the strawberry-covered sponge.

    Thinly coat the entire cake with buttercream and pipe buttercream around the sides. Sprinkle silver dragees on the piped areas. Decorate with strawberries and holly to finish.
