Turnip & Pork Belly Curry Stir-fry Turnip & Pork Belly Curry Stir-fry
To preserve the texture of the turnip, I decided to stir fry rather than boiling them. The light turnips go wonderfully with the rich pork belly.● If you overcook the turnips, then they'll start to fall apart so give them a quick stir fry on high heat (don't worry if the texture seems raw).● Cook everything on high heat. Pork and Sugar Tomato Fruit Curry Pork and Sugar Tomato Fruit Curry
When we eat curry, my family regularly has beef or seafood curry, but this is not a well-simmered curry, so I was able to make a delicious curry using pork bits without it falling apart.I think this is tasty even with cherry tomatoes if you don't have sugar tomatoes. Of course, regular tomatoes are ok! Potatoes soaked with the flavor of the curry are also delicious, but you can enjoy the taste of the curry itself if you don't add them in, so hold off on them! If you follow the directions written on the curry box or package faithfully (amount of water etc.), then you can make delicious curry. For 6 servings. Recipe by Kyasarintei cookpad.japan -
