Cooking Instructions

Peel your potatoes and clean them thoroughly to remove starch

Place your potatoes in a sufuria with enough water and boil them for 10-15 minutes till they become soft but don't overcook.

Cut them into your desired shape

Measure 1cup of flour in a bowl and add 1 tsp of your choice of spice & food colour then add water gradually while mixing to form a thick paste.

Place your potatoes in the mixture and stir carefully to avoid mashing the cooked potatoes

Heat enough cooking oil and start dipping the potatoes in the hot oil.cook for like 5 minutes

You can serve with ketchup,juice, tea or sauce of your choice.
