Here is another recipe for kokoskitchen pancake mix. Kokoskitchen pancake mix already have sugar and salt so if you wish to add extra it's all up to you
Cooking Instructions

Break eggs in a bowl, add melted butter and whisk together
- 2
Add 1/2 cup of the water into the whisked egg and gently add the pancake mix in batches and alternate with the remaining 1/2 cup of water for consistency
- 3
Once you have the consistency you need whisk the batter properly to make sure you don't have any lumps
- 4
Heat up frying pan and once the pan is hot, spray cooking spray and pour in a cooking spoon of barter flip over once the under is cooked through and do same for others till you finish the barter

Serve with chocolate chips or banana and syrup
