Rice with Beans
This is a good lunch esp. When I am in the office.
Cooking Instructions

Boil the presoaked beans in a pressure cooker for 20 mins till well cooked.

Fry the onions using oil till translucent then add chopped hoho and chopped tomatoes.
- 3
Add carrots and mix well. Add Dania then beans.
- 4
Add salt and cook for a few mins. Then cool
- 5
Boil the rice using a half litre of water, cooking oil and salt.
- 6
Serve warm
