My Mokimo

This is a religious dish when it comes to cooking for visitors at home. I served my peas with mukimo that I carried over from my Mum's. The peas made me feel as if I was enjoying a dish prepared by my Mum.

I managed to cook some mokimo yesterday. this traditional meal consist of mainly maize, potatoes, and vegetables. though it takes and energy when mashing its worth it.
