  1. 600 gmixed maize and beans
  2. 1 pinchsalt
  3. 3tomatoes
  4. 1onion
  5. Cooking oil
  6. 1green pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Pre boil boil the maize and beans till soft.

    Add cooking oil in a different sufuria and heat

  3. 3

    Add chopped onions and cook for a while

  4. 4

    Add tomatoes with green pepper.

  5. 5

    Add the mixture and mix well

  6. 6

    Cover for sometimes and cook till ready or for 15mins
