Ingredients

  1. 200 gplain flour200g potato flour 1level tablespoon yeast 100g sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup warm water and milk

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all dry ingredients make well at the center of the flour.add the water. Knead to a soft dough.place on a floured surface knead well stretching the dough.place on a greased bread tin put in a warm place to double in size approx 15 minutes.brush top with egg white or oil.bake at 200c for 15- 20 minutes.cool in a wire rack.serve as tea item or as desired

    You can substitute potatoe flour with rice flour and use coconut milk in place of milk.
