Cooking Instructions

    Steam meat fish and stockfish together with seasoning.

  2. 2

    Add ofor or achi(thickener) and palm oil when when meat is well cooked.

  3. 3

    Allow thickener to disolve before adding spice and seasoning to taste

  4. 4

    Add ogiri which is local seasoing and oha and uziza leaves
