Ingredients

  1. Dry ingredients
  2. 2 1/2 cupflour
  3. 1 1/2 cupcorn meal
  4. 3 tspbaking powder
  5. 1 tspsalt
  6. 1 cupsugar
  7. Wet ingredients
  8. 1 cupmilk
  9. 2/3 cupoil
  10. 1large egg
  11. 1large egg yolk

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 375°f

  2. 2

    Mix the 5 dry ingredients.

  3. 3

    In separate large bowl, mix the wet ingredients.

  4. 4

    Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix until just blended.

  5. 5

    Pour into muffin pan, filling the pans halfway

  6. 6

    Bake @ 375° for 10-12 mins. Remove from oven and cool on cooling rack.
