Most of the traditional muffin recipes were too grainy and gritty. I wanted a muffin that was moist and light.

Most of the traditional muffin recipes were too grainy and gritty. I wanted a muffin that was moist and light.
Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°f
- 2
Mix the 5 dry ingredients.

In separate large bowl, mix the wet ingredients.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix until just blended.
- 5
Pour into muffin pan, filling the pans halfway
- 6
Bake @ 375° for 10-12 mins. Remove from oven and cool on cooling rack.
