Recently the baker in me started showing up and this was one of the recipe i started with; i was too depress to take a picture of the first ever banana bread i made but I have been working on this recipe for a while now and i finally got my perfect banana bread recipe.

Recently the baker in me started showing up and this was one of the recipe i started with; i was too depress to take a picture of the first ever banana bread i made but I have been working on this recipe for a while now and i finally got my perfect banana bread recipe.
Cooking Instructions

Remove banana peel and mash in a bowl using either fork or whisk and set aside

In another bowl add oil, eggs, sugar, milk, vanilla flavour, and the mashed bananas.

Add the baking soda and flour and combine everything together for about 2 to 3 minutes.

Pour into a greased pan and bake in a preheated 325 degree F oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes

Insert toothpick or table knife to confirm if its set and remove from the oven; allow it too cool off then serve.

I was working on a banana bread recipe I've used forever & trying to make it sugar free but realized half way through it, I was following the wrong recipe. I went ahead and finished with the correct recipe and figured I'd just eat whatever came out. It came out awesome...the taste was great and the sugar free wasn't a detriment.
