Ingredients

  1. 25 gyeast
  2. 1 kgstrong flour
  3. 250 mlmilk
  4. 60 gButter
  5. 2eggs
  6. 5 gsalt
  7. 60 gsugar
  8. 500 gcaster sugar
  9. 250 graspberry

Cooking Instructions

    Scale the dough into 60g pieces

  2. 2

    Roll into balls and make a hole in the dough using a rolling pin

  3. 3

    Prove on an oiled paper lined tray

  4. 4

    When proved carefully place in a deep fat fryer at 180 c

  5. 5

    Turn over when coloured on one side and fully cooked

  6. 6

    Drain well on absorbent paper

  7. 7

    Toss in caster sugar

  8. 8

    Make a small hole in one side and pipe in jam
