Ingredients

  1. 3/4 kgrice
  2. 1/2 kgmeat
  3. 3 tablespoonpilau masala
  4. 2large onion
  5. 6 clovesgarlic
  6. 1medium size ginger
  7. Cooking oil
  8. Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the onions and cook on low heat

  2. 2

    Add pilau masala and keep stirring till you get the golden Brown colour

  3. 3

    Add your boiled meat and keep stirring

  4. 4

    Crush garlic and ginger together, add on your meat

  5. 5

    Keep stirring and till the meat turns dark brown in colour, Add salt

  6. 6

    Add 6 glasses of water or double the amount of rice

  7. 7

    When the water is almost to boil, add in your washed rice

  8. 8

    Cook on low heat till all water has dried up

  9. 9

    Your pilau is ready! Serve with kachumbari on the side
