  1. 1 cuprice
  2. 2 cupswater
  3. Pilau masala
  4. 1large onion
  5. 1/2 cupcooking oil
  6. 1/4 kgmeat
  7. 1/2 teaspoonsalt

    Wash rice and set aside

    Place oil on cooking pan on medium heat, add pilau masala let it fry for like 30 secs.Add onions and stir until golden brown.Add in meat and let it cook in it's juices until dries. Add water, salt and rice. Reduce heat and let it cook slowly.

    After water has drained, stir your rice to combine property with meat.

    Serve with Kachumbari.
