Ingredients

30mins
  1. 1/2 KgBoneless chicken Cubed
  2. 1 TbspTandoori masala
  3. 1/2 TspBlack pepper
  4. Lemon juice
  5. 1 TbspGinger Garlic paste
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1tomato
  8. 1Onion
  9. Oil

Cooking Instructions

    Marinate your chicken with the all spices for about an hour or two.

    Fix the cubes on skewers alternating with a cubed veggie i used tomato and onion - carrot, cucumber, bell peppers can also be used or you can omit the veggies altogether.

    Preheat your oven to 180C or use jiko..... use the middle rach and align your sticks and place a tray with water on the bottom rack ( this helps to keep the meat moist and not too dry. But you can leave it out if you wish

    Grill for 10-15 mins then flip the sticks over to the other side and continue for another 10-15 mins till done. If you find thrm drying out on the top, cover with foil.

    Your mshikaki are ready to serve!
