Ingredients

  1. Pork fillet
  2. Egg
  3. Corn flour
  4. Onion
  5. Pepper (green,yellow,red)
  6. Spring onion
  7. Salt,pepper (white)
  8. Curstard powder
  9. Oil for deep frying
  10. Garlic
  11. Ginger
  12. Soya source

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut the pork(shredded) then marinate with egg.add little salt and the powder in the marination.let it cool for 5 minutes.

    Cut onion,peppers (green,yellow,red)in shredded.choppe spring onion aside.

  3. 3

    Put pan on heat then add oil in it.put the pork inside and let it fry for 2 minutes. Add the peppers inside then remove.(don't let the peppers well cooked)

    Take another pan,put little oil. Add ginger and garlic.

  5. 5

    Add onion with spring onion inside.put salt and pepper. Add dark soya let it boil a little bit.put the pork then add corn starch(for thickening the source)

    Place on a plate then garnish it with spring onion.
