Chop the meat into some pieces you like

Boil it for some minutes about 25 minutes

Boil the Irish potatoes

Chop the onions,tomatoes and fresh coriander

Add cooiking oil on the sifuria fry the meat until it turns brown

Add onions allow it to cook until it golden brown then add tomatoes and coriander

Add meat to the mixture allow it to Cook for 5 minutes then add potatoes to it
- 8
Enjoy it with ugali or rice
