Mix all the dry ingredients, then kneed the floor until you get a fine dough.

Grate the lemon cover,add in the dough,mix properly and let it rest for one hour.

Roll one big circle and apply some little oil in the middle.

To get the layers, cut like this.

Then roll like this.

Have this after rolling.

Take one by one and roll gently to get this.

Cook on moderate heat.

Serve with your favorite stew.
