Cooking Instructions
- 1
Defrost your soup pack and put it in a sufuria
- 2
Dice your onions, tomatoes, capsicum and pound your garlic to get a paste
- 3
Put all your diced ingredients in the sufuria and add vinegar, salt, tumeric, tanduri, and chicken masala and mix together (I was not able to mix mine because the chicken had not defrosted all through) and place the sufuria on fire.
- 4
After 5 minutes give a good mix coz at this point it has defrosted well and let it cook.
- 5
After 10 to 15minutes the juices from the chicken are almost dried up stir as you check on them.
- 6
Cover and let it continue to cook as you fry onions on the side until they are golden brown and put them in your chicken. (remember we had 2 onions we used one while boiling and now we're frying the one that remained)
- 7
Mix well and give it a minute t OK absorb the flavors from the onions.
- 8
Add in a cup of hot water and bring to a boil. (I forgot to take a photo).
- 9
After 3 minutes your stew is ready, serve with ugali or rice as I did. Bon appetite 😋😋

Tuscan Chicken Soup Tuscan Chicken Soup
I'm a great fan of chicken soup as a natural cure for all ills, and I liked the idea of giving it an Italian twist. The original recipe uses cooked shredded chicken, but I didn't have any so I decided to buy a whole chicken, use some meat from that, use the carcass to make my own stock, and freeze whatever I didn't use for the soup. I asked the butcher to debone the chicken for me. Also, I used the last bit of my garden basil but you can use dried (as the original recipe does). Becky -

Korean/Chinese Chilled Noodles Korean/Chinese Chilled Noodles
I love Korean Chilled Noodles at Korean barbecue restaurants, but I don't like the soup that comes with store-bought Korean chilled noodles. I can't buy only the noodles at my near-by supermarket, and it's too expensive to buy the whole set because I don't use the soup. So when I can't buy only the noodles, I make this Korean-style dish with Chinese noodles or somen noodles. If you don't have the kimchi base, you can substitute with the juice from Chinese cabbage kimchi (2-3 tablespoons). If you have mul kimchi, it will be very delicious if you use the juice from it. Combine the juice with 300 ml water, add vinegar, sugar, beef soup stock granules, and adjust the taste accordingly. Chicken & Tomato Stew from Vegetable Soup Chicken & Tomato Stew from Vegetable Soup
I made this recipe variation after I got a craving for tomatoes. I got the idea of making this soup after someone made a soup from a stew we had the night before whilst I was travelling.I'm using breast meat, but thigh meat is much juicier. If you want to make this recipe a bit healthier, then omit the flour. The vegetables in this soup have already been blended so if you want to give your stew a bit of texture, feel free to add any vegetables you find in your freezer. If the aroma isn't too strong for you, feel free to keep the garlic in. Recipe by Garumeri cookpad.japan -

Cream of Chicken & Dumpling Soup (Ninja Foodi Version) Cream of Chicken & Dumpling Soup (Ninja Foodi Version)
This was my FAVORITE dinner from my mom as a kid, so it's very kid-friendly. In fact, I'd say it's more kid than adult friendly because it is a simple dish without a lot of robust flavor. As with my chicken noodle soup, use any chicken you have. If you're buying chicken specifically for this, buy dark bone-in skin-on. I used a leftover carcass tonight. The dumplings are the star of the show here, so the choice of chicken or amount of chicken is irrelevant. This is freezable. Freeze the soup and dumplings separately. This makes a TON, so you can easily reduce it if you don't have a large family. Jacquelyne Kancir -
