Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 500 gbiriyani rice
  2. 1/2 kgmedium boiled meat with 1 tablespoon crashed ginger
  3. 1diced sweet peeper
  4. 2 tablespoonscrashed ginger
  5. 1 tablespooncrashed garlic
  6. 3medium size diced tomatoes
  7. 2medium size diced onoins
  8. 50 gtomato paste
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 1 tablespoonground pilau masala
  11. 1/2 teaspoonegg yellow food color
  12. Cooking oil
  13. 500 mlsour milk (maziwa mala)
  14. 9peeled small size Irish potatoes

Cooking Instructions

    Deep fry potatoes in hot cooking oil

    In the same oil, deep fry onions until they turn golden brown

  3. 3

    In heated oil a sufuria, put ginger, garlic and pilau masala, mix them until they turn golden brown

  4. 4

    Add meat into the mixture and stir well

  5. 5

    Add tomatoes and sweet pepper ; mix them

  6. 6

    Add tomatoe paste, mix well and let them cook for 5 minutes

  7. 7

    Add maziwa lala for tenderizing, and let the stew cook for 10 minutes

  8. 8

    Boil rice, add food color to the rice when water has reduced below the rice level.

    Once the rice I well cooked serve with the biriyani stew
