Ingredients

  1. 500 gself raising flour
  2. 250 gsugar
  3. 250 gmargarine
  4. 6passion fruits
  5. 1lemon for zest and juice
  6. 4eggs

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven at 175 degrees

    Prepare your baking tin

    In a bowl beat sugar and margarine till soft and well mixed

  4. 4

    Beat eggs each at a time and continue beating

  5. 5

    Add lemon zests and fold in

  6. 6

    Add lemon juice and fold in

  7. 7

    Add passion juice (sieved passion fruit) I didn't use the seeds

  8. 8

    Fold in flour in bits till everything is well incorporated and pour in your baking tin

  9. 9

    Level your mixer. It helps in flat cake

  10. 10

    Bake for 40 minutes or till skewers come out clean.

  11. 11

    Serve with a drink of your choice.
