Cooking Instructions

Preheat your oven to 180• and line your 4 400g loaf tin.

Sift together the dry ingredients.

Using a fork, mash the ripe bananas.
- 4
Cream together butter and sugar.
- 5
Add the oil and beat until well combined.
- 6
Add the vanilla essence and eggs one a tine as you beat.

Followed by mashed bananas and sour milk...

Pour in the flour and fold until well combined.

Pour in your lined loaf tin and bake for 45mins to 1hr or until a skewer inserted at the middle comes out clean.

Wrap in a clean film.
