Cream magarine with sugar till well mixed then add eggs one by one as you mix the ingredients

Grate the lemon peel into the mixture and mix it well

Put flour,salt and baking on a sieve and incorporate slowly into the mixture as you mix with milk to form thick paste with consistency.heat the oven for few munutes and set it at 180 degrees for 45mins.put the cake in the oven..always use a fork when checking it its ready.remove and let it cool
