Cooking Instructions

Wash the drumsticks with clean water, then boil the drumsticks in 300ml of milk for 10-15mins.

Remove the drumsticks from the cooking pot and set aside.

In a bowl, beat the 2 eggs and add 3-4 tablespoons of milk and some salt.

In a separate bowl, add the all purpose flour, ½ cup bread crumbs and the spices mentioned above (you can add spices of your choice) crush 1cup of conflakes with ur hands and add to the flour, don't forget your salt at this stage 😃. Mix them all together until they blend well.

Now pick one drumstick at a time, dip in the beaten eggs then coat with the flour mixture and deep fry in hot oil till golden brown

Serve hot with your preferred accompaniment.
