Ingredients

  1. 2 cupcaptain crunch ceral
  2. 1 1/2 cupcorn flakes
  3. 1/2 cupmilk
  4. 2eggs
  5. 1 cupall purpose flour
  6. 1 tbsptumeric
  7. 1 tbspground ginger
  8. 1 tbspground black pepper
  9. 1 tbsplemon pepper
  10. 1 1/2 lbchicken tenderloins

Cooking Instructions

    Coarsely grind cereal and put in a flat bowl. Set aside

  2. 2

    Mix flour, turmeric, pepper, ginger and lemon pepper in a flat bowl. Set aside.

    Mix eggs and milk in a flat bowl. Set aside.

  4. 4

    Heat olive oil in a frying pan or fryer to 375.

  5. 5

    Dredge chicken in flour, then egg wash then cereal and place in pan. Cook on each side 3-4 minutes (make sure not to burn)
