Ingredients

1serve
  1. 500 gprawns
  2. 1 cancoconut milk 300ml
  3. Handfulgreen beans
  4. I can of Penang curry paste or red curry paste
  5. 3-4like leaves
  6. 1red chilli
  7. Handfulcoriander
  8. Handfulspring onions sliced
  9. 1tblsp fish sauce
  10. 1tblsp brown sugar
  11. 1tblsp lemon juice

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take a pan then add Penang curry paste and coconut milk

  2. 2

    Once come to a boil add fish sauce, sugar and lemon juice

  3. 3

    Now add the veg. And prawns and lime leaves cook till prawns are cooked through. Serve with rice
