Cooking Instructions

    Peel the potatoes and boil them. Once they are ready, put them aside

    In a separate sufuria, fry the minced meat then throw in the onions, garlic and ginger paste together with the spices and let them cook for about 5 minutes

    Once ready, add the tomatoes,capsicum, carrots and tomato paste and stir well

  4. 4

    Once ready add some salt to taste and some water, and leave it to boil

  5. 5

    While the minced meat stew is getting ready, mash the boiled potatoes and add some butter

  6. 6

    Garnish your stew with coriander and serve with the mashed potatoes
