  3. Maggi
  4. Onga
  5. Curry
  6. Pepper
  7. Ginger powder
  8. Skewers

    Slice your red beef to become thin slices,arrange on a skewer

  2. 2

    Combine all your spices and add oil,rub the mixture all over the meat and put near fire like this,leave for 12 minutes then turn the other side and leave to Cook. Garnish as desired and cut to pieces then serve.
