Ingredients

  1. 400 gramsflour
  2. 100 gramssugar
  3. 100 gramsbutter
  4. 1 tablespoonactive yeast
  5. 1 tablespoonvanilla flavour
  6. 1 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

    Sift flour in a bowl,add sugar mix then add active dry yeast and mix well.Make a hole at the middle and add in your egg,melted butter,flavour and water mix and makr a soft dough.

    Transfer your dough into flour surface and knead it for about 30mins by adding flour bit by bit untill the dough is soft and not sticky to your hands for 30 mins

    Roll out the dough,use doughnut cutter to cut the dough and allow to rise for about 45mins to one hour.

    Fry till golden brown and top with glazing of your choice.Enjoy!
