Ingredients

  1. Beaf
  2. Oil
  3. Kulikuli/gronut biscuit powder
  4. Seasoning
  5. Salt
  6. Scotch bonnet
  7. Onion
  8. Tomatoes for ganishing
  9. Milk and garlic for marinating

Cooking Instructions

    Marinate you beaf for minimum of 2hour using milk garlic past, salt, seasoning, place in d refrigerator.

    Heat 3 full Spoon of veg oil in a pan

    Toase in diced onion allow to slightly fry.

  4. 4

    Add your marinated beaf along with the juice to cook fr 15minit or may be more till meat juice is drained leaving d oil

    Add salt and any seasoning of ur choice if necessary, scotch bonnet.

    Continue stiring to avoid sticking to d pan

  7. 7

    Sprinkle your powderd kilikuli/ gronut biscuit and continue stiring till kuli powder is incorporated.

    Put off ur heat and add slized onin on it and you stire.

  9. 9

    Dish out on a plate decorate with freshly slized tomatoes or cabbage.
