Ingredients

  1. 1 kgSliced waterleaf
  2. 200 gWashed bitterleaf(soaked in water)
  3. 1 kgBeef
  4. 300 gDried Fish
  5. Palm Oil 2cooking Spoon
  6. Ground Crayfish 3cooking Spoons
  7. 3 tbsDry pepper
  8. Okpei 3pcs(mashed)
  9. Seasoning Cube 3
  10. Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash beef,marinate for 30mins,cook with lil water till tender, soak fish in hot water for 1min,remove from water and remove bones.

    Add to beef,add palmoil,crayfish,pepper, okpei,seasoning,cook for a min,add waterleaf,stir,cook for 1min,taste to adjust with salt, add bitter leaf last,stir,cook for 1min,viola!!!Ready to eat...
