  1. Chicken
  2. Catfish
  3. Dryfish
  4. Stock fish
  5. Smoked fish (optional)
  6. Goatmeat
  7. Crayfish
  8. Yellow pepper
  9. Uziza seed
  10. Ehuru
  11. Uzizaleaf
  12. Utazi
  13. Okpeyi
  14. Cocoyam(ede)
  15. Seasoning n salt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash n spice chicken n cook same goes to all proteins and u can use any protein of ur choice dou, wash and debone fishes too d way u want them..

    Boil cocoyam and pound it serves as thickener to d soup, place a clean pot on fire add d quantity of water needed inclusive of the meat stocks den add d pounded cocoyam and allow it to boil and desolve add d pounded pepper,crayfish,uzizaseed,ehuru n okpeyi mix set to boil a little while den add proteins if properly cooked and are tender den add all fishes set to boil 2-3min den add d utazi a bit of it cos it’s very bitter den finally the uziza leaf taste for salt n seasoning and soup is ready
