This is my first try at making these cookies. They turned out crispy around the edges and chewy on the inside. My family enjoyed them. The sea salt on top really gave a nice balanced taste to the already oh-so-sweet cookies! Happy trying!

Ingredients

  1. 100 gmmelted margarine/butter
  2. 1 cupsugar
  3. 2eggs
  4. 1 tspvanilla essence
  5. 2 cupsflour
  6. 1 tspbaking soda
  7. Sea salt/ coarse salt to sprinkle on top

Cooking Instructions

    Beat / mix the melted butter with sugar and eggs until well mixed. Add vanilla essence.

  2. 2

    Add flour and baking soda. Cookie dough should be sticky but easy to shape.

  3. 3

    Use a spoon/ice cream scoop to drop the dough on the baking sheet. Sprinkle salt on top. Bake at 180° for 15-18 minutes.
