Mix the flour from all the grains and sieve. Mix in the baobab (kuka). You can add a table spoon more of the kuka, if tou want it a little more green.
- 2
Soak some potash in water. Use this water to mix untill it forms a soft dough. It should feel silky to the touch.
- 3
Put a pot of water on the fire till it comes to a boil and cut the dough with your hand to form balls
- 4
Be careful as it tends to boils over so u need to be nearby and turn it a little so it doesnt spill over and mess up the cooker.
- 5
Once cooked, strain it and rinse with cold water briefly to reduce excess stickiness.
- 6
Serve with sauce or some vegetable oil, maggi seasoning, yaji (ground seasoned pepper), boiled egg, diced onion, tomatoes or lettuce.
