  1. 1 cupsflour
  2. 1 cupmilk powder
  3. 1 tablespoonyeast
  4. 1 cupsugar
  5. Teaspoonvanilla
  6. Pinchsalt
  7. Zest of 1 lemon
  8. 1egg
  9. 4 spoonsbutter
  10. Vegetable oil for frying

    In a bowl sift the flour. Add yeast and sugar and stir.add salt and milk powder. Stir then crack in the egg and add the vanilla and lemon zest.mix with your fingers and gradullay add water to form a dough.after mixing add the butter and keep kneading until the dough becomes soft and stretchy. Transfer onto a working surface and knead for about 5mins.roll out the dough and cut with a doughnut cutter.arranged on a tray and cover to double in size. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown. Enjoy!
