Ingredients

  1. 3medium fried fishes
  2. 3red peppers
  3. 3scotch bonnet pepper
  4. 1large onion
  5. 3 piecesgarlic
  6. 3tomatoes
  7. 5 piecescloves
  8. Black pepper
  9. 3dried ginger
  10. 2fresh ginger
  11. 1 tea spoonsalt
  12. 2maggi
  13. 1red onga
  14. 1 serving spoonoil
  15. 2 pieceslocust beans (daddawa)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    First you start by grinding or blending the tomatoes, red bell pepper(tattasai), scot bonnet(attaruhu),& the onions add into a pot & pour in the vegetable oil & fry.

  2. 2

    Add 2 cups of water to the frying veggies & add in all the sesonings i.e maggi, salt,onga, fresh ginger & bring to boil.

  3. 3

    Pound the locust beans, dry ginger, cloves, black pepper, and the garlic & add into the pot allow to cook for 5 mins then add in the fried fish.cook for 7 mins & serve..enjoy😋😋😋👌👍🏻
