  1. 1small cabbage
  2. 5medium carrots
  3. 5scotch bonnet
  4. Teaspoongrated ginger
  5. Teaspoongrated garlic
  6. 3seasoning cubes
  7. Teaspoonsalt
  8. Teaspooncurry
  9. Pinchturmeric
  10. 3 tablespoonsveg oil
  11. 1small onion

    Remove the back of the cabbage with dirt and slice the cabbage, set aside. Peel the carrots,rinse and finely grate.set aside.

    In a large pan add the vegetable oil and heat.add the sliced onion,ginger and garlic pastes and the grated pepper and stir for 3-5mins.add the salt,maggi,curry and turmeric. Give it a nice mix to combine everything together.now add the cabbage and carrot, reduce heat to medium and keep stirring until everything is well combined. It doesn't need too much heat as much the cabbage and carrots are soft. Remove from heat,allow to cool completely before using.
