Ingredients

1hr
  1. 2 cupsflour
  2. 3 tbspnsugar
  3. 1 pinchsalt
  4. 1/4 cupoil
  5. 1 cupwater
  6. For the syrup
  7. 1 cupsugar
  8. 1/2 cupwater
  9. Halflemon water
  10. Black seed/sesame seed

Cooking Instructions

    Start by mixing your flour with dry ingredients,then pour in your oil and mix it well,then gradually add your water till soft dough is formed,close with lid and allow it to set for 30mins,after then re-knead the dough and cut into 2

    After then roll both as shown here,spread oil as if your are doing samosa sheet,then sprinkle flour,and close them againt each other

    Roll them as thin as possible,like twice it actually size

    Then cut into long strips,and do as shown

    Push open the top like shown here,or just look at the pictures for proper understanding

    Repeat til all are finished,and fry in medium heat oil,till goldne brown and crisp, now the remaining dough,i rolled it plat as shown then use the buttom of russion noozle and cut tiny circles

    Then press their middle against each other to make a ribbon like shape,and fry them also🤗i did it for my little girl❤

    For your syrup add the sugar and water,lemon,and cook on high heat till slightly light golden brown

    Dip the dublans and sprinkle black seeds and sesame seeds enjoy.
