Ingredients

  1. 1 sachetmacaroni
  2. Chicken stock
  3. Salt
  4. For the sauce:
  5. Oil
  6. Onion
  7. Scotch bonnet
  8. Garlic and ginger paste
  9. Spices and seasonings
  10. Diced beef

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Strain chicken stock and add little salt and water, bring to a boil and cook macaroni in it,set aside

  2. 2

    In a sauce pan,add chopped onion and stir fry for few minutes, add in diced beef,ginger and garlic paste scotch bonnet and fry

  3. 3

    Add in spices and seasonings,add little water and allow to simmer for few minutes and your sauce is done.
