Ingredients

  1. 1.1 lbsground beef (about 500 grams)
  2. 1egg
  3. 1onion, finely chopped
  4. 3 clovesgarlic, minced
  5. 1 tablespoonkofta spice mix
  6. 1 tablespoonbreadcrumbs
  7. 1 teaspooncinnamon
  8. For the garlic sauce:
  9. 2 tablespoonscornstarch
  10. 1 cupwater (about 240 ml)
  11. 1small cup oil (about 60 ml)
  12. 1 tablespoongarlic, finely minced
  13. 1 tablespoonmayonnaise
  14. Pinchsalt

Cooking Instructions
