Ingredients

  1. 1 cupRed kashmiri rajma
  2. 2 cupWater
  3. 2onion
  4. 3tomato
  5. 2Green chilli
  6. 1 inchGinger piece
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. to tasteRed chill powder
  9. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  10. 1 tspCoriander powder
  11. 2Bay leaf
  12. 4-5Black clove
  13. 5 tspOil for cooking

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil rajma+water in pressure cooker with bay leave, black clove, salf in it

  2. 2

    Take onion tomato green chilli and ginget and grind into smooth paste

  3. 3

    Mixture of onion and tomato like thus

  4. 4

    In a kadhai heat oil and add the tomato onion puree and cook on medium flame for 10 mins and add all the spices in the cooked gravy

  5. 5

    Mix cooked gravy in boiled rajma and cook on medium flame fot another 10 mins..

  6. 6

    Serve with roti/rice
