Ingredients

  1. Chicken
  2. Oil
  3. Flour
  4. Bread crumbs
  5. Whisked eggs
  6. Marinade ingredients
  7. Blended scotch bonnet
  8. Crushed garlic
  9. Black pepper powder
  10. Cinnamon powder
  11. Salt
  12. cubesSeasoning
  13. Oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash and cut the chicken into desired shape. Mix all the marinade ingredients and add to the chicken, mix well. Marinate for 2hrs.

  2. 2

    After marinating, coat the chicken with flour, dip it in eggs and then coat with bread crumbs. Fry in a low flame oil. Enjoy!
