Tofu Soboro and Salad Rice Bowl Tofu Soboro and Salad Rice Bowl
I created this recipe because I wanted to make filling dish that doesn't use meat. The key is to cook the tofu well until the moisture is completely evaporated! Draining the tofu in ahead of time reduces the amount of cooking time, but it was troublesome for me, so I didn't bother doing it. Soboro by itself might taste strong, but eating with rice and vegetable make the taste perfect. Recipe by tawamiho cookpad.japan -

Garlic Pork Salad/Rice Bowl Garlic Pork Salad/Rice Bowl
This was an attempt at a flavor full yet slightly healthy dish. It actually worked out really well. You could use any meat or tofu. The veggies you use can be your choice. This is one of those "let's see what I have" sort of meals. This is garlicky, but that was my goal. But for us, not overpowering. It looks complicated, but it wasn't really. I used red leaf lettuce, I suggest a not to stiff type, or you can cut it smaller if you use something like Romain. Fo Fa -

Tuna rice salad Tuna rice salad
The tuna rice salad is an easy and tasty recipe, ideal to bring to the table during the summer, when you want more fresh and quick dishes. We can enjoy it for lunch or dinner, both on the plate and in a buffet. If needed, we can also put it in airtight containers and eat it outside the home. For a day in the park, by the sea or in the mountains, nothing beats a rice salad! Martha Maldonado -
Cold rice salad with apples and cashews, Indian-style Cold rice salad with apples and cashews, Indian-style
Still experimenting with Indian flavors. I did measure things out this time but, of course, all proportions are a matter of taste, especially spices. This is my first time using chaat masala and cardamom so definitely still tinkering with quantities but we liked this enough to share it. Jon
