Using motto and pestle, pound the beans and wash with water thoroughly to remove the chaff. Add scotch bonnet and onions, blend it with little water.

Add seasoning cubes, vegetable oil, palm oil, salt and curry, mix well. If it's too thick add little water.

Scoop the beans paste into a leather and tie it. Cook in a boiling water. Once cooked, remove the leather and slice into desired shape.
